PERHAPS....WE ARE TO BLAME

I've been writing about things I've noticed about today's youth.....and some of them have placed them in a bad light......But don't get me wrong, I am a great admirer of today's young people....they are brilliant esp. with technology and gadgets, they are also witty, they are outspoken and they are savvy.....
But somewhere along the way.....they misplaced values like respect, honesty and humility.

.....some because of their brilliance have even forgotten, that whatever it is they possess...it was only given to them by Our Creator.

I refuse to put the blame on them, and unlike others....I also refuse to put the blame solely on technology like the internet and media...
We are to blame....the political leaders, the church leaders, people in media, the teachers....and the greatest blame goes to us, the parents.
If we were more respectful, more honest, more humble, and more prayerful then.....perhaps it is because we had better role models...perhaps our parents had done a better job than us.....

It is time for us to reflect and really pray for guidance and enlightenment...not just for our kids...but for ourselves...that we may become better parents.
