Brilliant strategic move by Corona......Give the waiver now.....knowing that the Senate has decided to finish the deliberations and come up with a decision by Tuesday.....they won't be able to investigate it or tackle it anymore.....but for his adoring and loyal fans...more reasons to love him!

 

On to the wicked model.....  

 

Corona's belief : If you have dollar accounts, you do not have to declare them in your SALN.....the law guarantees this!

Senator Pia Cayetano and several Senator's belief : The SALN says you have to declare all of your assets....it does not make a difference between foreign and peso accounts....this is in the 1987 constitution!

CJ Corona's belief.....would be a wicked model and advise to all corrupt public officials.....If you have ill-gotten wealth, or you have money that you wish to hide, just convert them to foreign currency...you need not declare them...they cannot be touched...and the law guarantees it.

As an ordinary person : I refuse to believe that any law can be used by thieves in government to hide their money, and do this by simply converting them to foreign currency...."Ang laking kalokohan naman nito!"

I'd prefer to believe that the law was made to protect me from corrupt public officials...."di ba dapat ganun?" 

But her comes our Chief Justice, practically serving as a model and teaching all the other public officials a fool-proof way to keep your ill-gotten wealth safe from declaration and investigation---convert them to dollars---Presto--and it's safe.

Like I said.....A wicked, wicked model!!!
