SECRECY LAW---I believe this law was made to instruct the banking
industry that they cannot reveal the account, or what it contains, of
any depositor.....I don't think the law was made, to instruct the
depositor, that he cannot divulge the contents of his
account...."Makukulong ka ba kapag ginawa mo ito....labag ba sa batas na
gawin mo ito? Labag sa batas para sa banko na isawalat ito, pero hindi
labag sa batas para sa depositor na isawalat ang laman ng account
niya......makukulong lamang siya kung ang laman ng account niya ay
galing sa nakaw na yaman, o sa ibang maling paraan".
If the other Senator Judges had listened well to the questions asked by the Great Senator Enrile to Atty. Cuevas this afternoon.....then a unanimous decision of Guilty should be the only decision.
Isa pa po, kung napakinggan niyo ang mga pahayag ni Congressman Farinas...sa mga bukung-buko na pagsisinungaling ng punong mahistrado...eh talaga namang wala ng kredibilidad ang mamang yun.
