WHAT REALLY HAPPENED?

Deceptions abound.....

Corona's son-in-law says Corona said "excuse me", and just wasn't heard by the presiding officer...

Then, Cuevas at first, says, there was just miscommunication, and there was no attempt to flee....

but right after leaving the session hall, News 24 reporter says, Corona and company were having heated discussions with the Senate Sergeant of Arms, who were ordered by Enrile to close all exits, because Corona wanted to go.......


He was also caught by the ABS-CBN cameras about to go into the elevator leading to the exits of the building, but he was again, prevented by Senate Sergeant of Arms.

Again, I believe that Cuevas did not know about Corona's plan to leave, but check the tapes, Corona whispered something to Atty. Roy as he was leaving the session hall, wonder what he said to Atty. Roy.....

Cuevas seemed genuinely shocked and flabbergasted...



As to whether he was really sick or not...I believe he was.


Did he deserve Enrile's harsh decision...yes he did.... 

He used the Senate Impeachment hearing as a political platform...making a speech instead of answering questions......insulting and maligning several people.....still, he was allowed all liberties....then he says...."and now the Chief Justice of the Philippines wishes to be excused".  He did not say "excuse me", or "I'm not feeling well." He just said "The Chief Justice wishes to be excused".... and proceeds to leave for the exits as cameras have shown!

If Corona thinks his walking out will have the same effect as the prosecution's walking out during Erap's impeachment trial....he will be severely disappointed.
