When you're the boss of a company, and your employees did something wrong...you talk to them or you lecture them, in private and behind closed doors...whatever they may have done, you show them that you are better than them....eto si magaling...he chose to embarrass people who work for him on nationwide television...yung ginawa ni Ethel di natin nakita at narinig...etong ginawa ni Willie, sadyang ipinakita, ipinarinig at ipinagyabang sa ating lahat....when I see and when I hear people applaud and praise Willie, I start questioning what we have become as a people...para humanga tayo sa ganito kayabang, mapagmataas at mapagkunwaring tao...we are also defined by who we look up to....so it says a lot about us...na ang daming naloloko nito!
